What does Hoopcare do for me?

We connect to your medical records using national Health Information Exchange networks. Our AI reviews the file and highlights things you can fix before surgery — missing labs, risky medications, anemia, infection or nutrition concerns, and more. You receive a simple report you can share with your surgeon and anesthesiologist.

Is this a medical clearance?

Clearance comes from your own doctor at your pre-op visit. This report prepares you for that visit: it reviews your risks, flags what to sort out beforehand, and gives you the questions to bring.is

What will I get?

A Readiness Report (PDF) — plain language, color-coded flags.
